I had to send the scope back in to them for the second time.. It started to act up again and would not hold zero.. They received scope on Monday 20 and sent me email on the 23 with this reply below...
Very pleased with how they took care of the issue.. Will see how this scope turns out.. They also sent me a pre paid label the second time around.. Dan
