Wasn't sure where to post this but here goes. Looking for a quality scope leveling (bubble level) system & also a quality inch/lbs. torque wrench, both for mounting scopes. Thanks!
Yup, Wheeler pretty much covers everything you need. I use a Wheeler Fat Wrench (torque driver), a Wheeler ring aligning and lapping kit, and a Wheeler Level-Level-Level to install. Hadn't realized it until now, but everything I touch during a scope installation is Wheeler brand.
Personally, I prefer the Wheeler Profesional Leveling kit and their Fat Wrench. Then ring laps separately, if needed. I much prefer that leveling system (with the barrel clamp level) so I didn't mind buying the components separately. I haven't needed to lap any rings since I switched to Nightforce and Talley, though.

I saw that the other day too and went ahead and ordered one. It shipped out yesterday so I should have it early next week.
I could not figure out how to get the level level tool to work with my AR15. I also bought the Wheeler Professional Scope Mounting tool kit.
I'm not sure why some are saying that the leveling bars don't work? I tested my scope mounting system and it was perfect right out of the box. But then again I paid almost $100 for the RRA one piece mounting rings.
On some firearms there is not a place to put a level. If I can get levels on the scope and rifle I do. I use the scope level from the Wheeler level level on the scope and a Segway on the firearm. If I can't find a level spot on the firearm I use this:
