That's funny!

I have tried every type of commercial no-fog products and every suggested home remedy w/mixed, but less than satisfactory results.

One home remedy that worked (sort-of) was Nutrogena (sp?) soap; the kind your wife uses for her complexion. It is a glycerin based soap which, when applied to lens and wiped off, leaving a barely visible film, does reduce fogging, but does not eliminate completely IME.

Will have to give the shaving cream a try.

hm

the originator of discussion used Barbasol...i had an old can under the sink for backup...just finger wiped on both surfaces...wiped with hankerchief...my lenses are "plastic" & hav anti-scratch/glare coatings...seem ok SO FAR...betcha its the glycerin,hm1996...
went walk'n this am thru 4" of fresh snow look'n for tracks...90min later...still clear...used bino's a lot (that's when i experience foggy eyeglasses)...

thats JERK-INS by the way. i use Zeiss wipes for my glasses and scopes they seem to keep the fog off pretty well and they are like wet naps, single use disposable. always keep a few in the dove bucket stool.
