Nope, and you can't take it to a franchise shipper (UPS Store, PostNet, etc.) either. It has to be taken to a UPS facility and handled there. I have done it without any hassle at all though as long as you have everything marked correctly.

Well the local UPS store shipped mine with no probs. They wont ship firearms except from the main Hub however. Call your local store and ask. Good luck

Yep, I have heard that some of them will take it. I didn't chance it though and just took it straight to the hub. Sounds like if the UPS Store or something like that is closer to ya, it's worth the try.

Sounds like UPS makes up the rules as they go. I've tried a couple of times taking ammo to the local hub, no way they're taking it. They say is has to be shipped from someone with an account. I have had to take mine to a local sporting goods store and have them ship it.

I was told by our local store ups is privately owned so that is why the different rules for different ups stores. Makes no sense to me why they all can't play by the same rules. Ours won't even ship a riflescope so the manager told me to put telescope on the package.

LOL. You gotta be kidding?

But if you're not, and you let em get away with that, well......

Not kiddin, seems they got into some firearm shipping trouble awhile back, manager told me they were tacking precautions as not to be shut down. But how stupid is that. Just say your shipping a box of cookies and you put fragile on the label and insure it so they don't get broke.LOL

I ship bullets to Prairie Dogs all the time.

1 at a time, no special label, and they get there FAST!

I know, I know... I keed, I keed.

I don't know that you can ship primers unless you're hazmat certified or something like that.

Pretty sure individuals cannot ship hazmat items.
