Shooting Sticks

Hi, There is a chart on varmint als site. It shows height of stick corresponding to yours. We made all ours 42" with the pivot at 37". Can always cut some off the bottom later. These work for many shooting positions including from the knees. From 5'7" to 6'1".

I use the fiberglass fence post also with the 3/8 inch fuel line on the top. I keep mine at 46 inches in length. I join them together 3 1/2 inches from the top with a bolt. I wrap the legs with cloth camo tape. I cut the bolt to length. I mix up some JB weld. I put the JB weld in the fuel line to secure them to the sticks. I JB weld the nut, and the bottom of the shooting sticks to keep the tape from rolling up when I put the sticks into the ground. I can go prone to kneeling with these. I leave the fuel line looped at the top of the sticks, they make the sticks that much more steady.
