Why stop there? Why not paint him into the Mona Lisa? Put up a Sphinx with his likeness in Egypt? Because the original artist(s) didn't include him. To just add things to works of art is wrong. Doesn't matter how you feel about the worthless idiot. If you are stupid enough to believe anything his telepromter tells him to say, fine. Go make your own work of art. When nobody else cares what you put all your effort into because they don't like the subject maybe you will learn something.
