I saw one once about 5 years ago in a brown and dull red color phase, but that dude is very beautiful.

That is awesome! I heard a rumor of one being killed close to me a couple years ago. Do date we have called in/seen on the stand over 100 foxes. None have been anything but red.

Nice, color phases are still pretty common up here. There was a silver fox farm operating just down the road from me untill a few years ago.
The X red foxes are pretty cool too.
