Our hospital uses CroFab too, at a cost of $20,000 per vial with the average snake bite victim using 8 vials, some victims use up to 30 vials.....

The real cost is around $1000/vial, but the hospital marks it up just like they do with the $10 aspirin. Our hospital charges around $2500-$3000/vial.

And I thought THAT was highway robbery. Sheesh!

I know of one case here that used 110 vials.

You'd just have to hire some slimy attorney to sue the snake for pain and suffering!
