Snow Camo ?

Define best? Seriously, best in terms of warmest, in terms or water proof, or camouflage pattern, or quietness?

Warmth first, then snow camo pattern.
I've looked at Natural Gear, but heard it's poorly made.
Will be used for late December muzzle loadng, for deer.

Ive uaed the same NATURAL GEAR snow coat and pants now for the last 4 years and havent had anything fray or come apart yet. I think its a good product. Even on the really cold days (-5 with 10-15mph wind) I stay worm. All I wear under it is a Tshirt and long sleve knit shirt and a pair of sweat pants.

i haven't had any problem with my natural gear camo. that is my camo of choice snow and natural. it works and it keeps me warm, although i only get in the single digits never below 0.

I like my Open Country snow camo coverup. It's oversized so it just goes over whatever I'm wearing. Got it at Cabela's for about 25 bucks.

You heard wrong on the Natural Gear. Great gear, warm, water proof, real good winter pattern. Only improvement I would like to see is a grey and white option in addition to their brown and white pattern.

Yup. I picked up some water proof coverups on sale for a good price. Wear them over whatever I need for the conditions. If you sit on the ground in the snow go with solid white pants and some sort of breakup jacket. Helps you blend in better. My jacket is mossy oak winter breakup. Works good for me.

Look at King's Camo. Stuff looks great and is built tuff and nice. Not the cheapest but some of the best I've seen. Brent

I've been wearing my Natural Gear snow camo for years in the Iowa winters and love it! And I abuse them and hunt a lot in the snow and cold. Many of days I've been thankful to have them when the windchills are -15 or worse. No frays, keeps me warm and has plenty of pocket room. Will buy from them again if these ever have a problem. A little more pricey than cover ups but it was investment that I have never once regretted. Good luck!

That's not true. I have their snow camo cover-ups and a ton of other clothing items. They are very well made and I really like their patterns.

to me the best camo for snow is staying in your house i promise you will never be seen...but im headed to minn this year and bought a couple things form cabelas..>

I got the Seclusion 3D Winter Waterproof Canadian coverups from Cabelas and haven't been cold or wet yet. They are warm enough all I where is a pair of silent weave camo pants and t-shirt and hoodie in negative weather. I couldn't have went wrong with them!

I have worn NatGear snow camo for many years. Mine has been durable and effective. Here is a pic to show you what it looks like. Good luck on your decision and remember that lack of movement is your best camo.
