Custom Call Maker
Here's a total freeform for ya!
I call this one the Saber Tooth because of the grip, a nice rendition of a SaberTooth Tiger's primary weapon!
This blade is a 220 layer damascus blade hand forged by Craig Barr from Colorado. It's a real mellow and widely spaced damascus pattern. I refined it from a straight spined classic hunter blade into a classic Bison Skinner design. Then I polished it up to a high luster. You have to look at it at angles to see the damascus pattern. REALLY cool!
Enjoy some photos....
10 1/2" Overall. 4 1/2" Blade. Moose Antler and Cocobolo with red carbon spacers and a Brass bolster.
I tried to get some image of the damascus layering, it's hard to see. It could be re-etched to constrast, but with this pattern, I thought the high luster looked best.
SOLD, sheathed and shipped. Sheathed in leather, to-order.
Thanks Guys! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
