Sooting sticks vs. Bipod

Bog Gear makes a lot of models, all made well. I prefer the ones that work from sitting to standing, very versatile and solid as a rock.

I have used both. I prefer sticks. The only problem that I have ever had with them is the bottom section will sometimes stick in the ground when I try to move them and the top section comes detatched. I used electrical tape on them so that cant happen. They dont break down like they used to but I will compromise the one for the other. Also they are more quiet then the bipod.

Sticks... can set them up better where I am, lighter and just like shooting off of them better. I am sure that there is a perfect bipod out there for me but until I find one I like, I will stay with sticks. Now if you can get up high and shoot prone, then bipod would work well.

The Primos trigger stick looks good. Takes away the two problems I don't like about sticks. It attaches to the rifle, and its easy adjust height on the fly. Hmm. mabey another "must have" item.
