sounds like we have a anti here

I have a bone to pick with this person. I call bull!@#$ on her statement that coyotes don't murder but do kill. I have witnessed first hand a coyotes handy work on pheasant as well as fox. I was tracking a coyote out in a brand new 5 inches of snow when I came upon 6 dead pheasants all within 100 yards of each other and only two of them were partially eaten, and mind you coyote tracks were the only predator tracks around so the coyote is the only one to blame. Someone needs to teach them not to take more than they can eat, or at least finish their plate. Another example is, I started out early one morning in my home area tracking a fox,( when we had a lot of fox and now we find it a rare occasion to see a fox)when I came around the bend of a terrace and all I found was fox fur everywhere, the little red fella was ripped to shreds and mostly devoured. Once again I found where the coyote and fox started their spat and I don't need to tell you who came out on top. I will call you a liar if you say coyotes don't murder. This statement hit me hard cause I like hunting fox way more than coyotes and now we have none. I only blame one thing Coyotes! I hunt them with a big passion now. Cody

This reply is in response to sourdough's comment about llamas and donkeys being coyote food. Actually they are used as watch dogs over livestock. I am a rancher in North central Texas and some of my neighbors use them the protect their livestock. But, that is beside the point. These animal huggers are voicing opinions about something they know nothing about. Where you have no hunting you have no game not the other way around.
