splatter paint effect?

I am going to paint my 22 mag stock. Its an after market synthetic. How do I get the splatter or web effect on it? I would like to do OD green with black splatter.
 
For a web effect use pine branches. Just cut the bunches of needles off the end of the branches and use it to cover the gun.
 
Krylon has web spray in a can. If your local paint store does not carry it look at Michaels.com , they stock several colors.

Duh, I forgot about that stuff. I think I saw it at Home Depot.
 
I have seen pics of ARR`S paint job.

I just seen some Krylon at my local Wal-Mart yesterday.
