nope leave the tail bone in em. put borax on the end and tack it up so it hangs straight. thats it... takes about 10 seconds. i buy em. pay .25 each for em.

I figured - but - I looked at them in the fly shop the other day. $3 to $5 for one tail.. there's a market *somewhere*.
