Starbuck's and the 2A

Sounds like I'll be taking the wife to a Starbucks for her 'special coffee'...Just can't do it on Valentine's Day because I'll be on the road home from the PM Hunt..

I'm really sick of these retail establishments that openly ban the Concealed Carry Holders...We are not the ones that cause any trouble...it's the criminals and I resent being classed in that group...

SB isn't so much pro gun as they don't want to get into it. Their position seems to be "We don't care, so long as customers aren't breaking any laws we're not going to mess with them"

Concealed means concealed. They can ban all they want. What they don't know won't hurt them. In NV all those No Firearms signs mean jack squat. Unless it is a state, county, fed., government type buildings.

Really? Hmmm....interesting. I thought it was the right of the property owner to allow or disallow firearms on their property.

In NV it is not illegal to do so. They have the right to ask you to leave. If you do not comply then they can 86 you from the property. You have broken no law in NV until you refuse to leave when asked to. If you were properly concealed, they wouldn't know you were carrying and would have no reason to ask you to leave.

It's the same here in Mn.

Nevada is one of the diminishing number of states where you can still carry exposed without any permit.
I don't usually carry, but on the rare occasions I do, I use a shoulder holster and do not wear a jacket. If I wore a jacket it would be illegal without a permit.
