Well I was on a pretty good run with 17DRT ……but this one ended it 😡 ! I have been bumping my PIP up to 12 which I hadn’t done when it first came in and the drizzling rain had me focusing the scope trying to get a clearer shot. Breeze had shifted & it was directly in my downwind so I should have taken a quicker shot. You know, could have, would have, should have 😂 !
Couldn’t tell from the video if there was a hit ??

 
In slow mo, the hold at 12x seems to be on target. It turns just as you squeeze off which means you could have hit too far back for a DRT. It does look like dust kicks up from the bullet behind him to the left, but even that could have been a pass thru shot. It doesn't appear hit or hunched up like a gut shot often does. You may have to inquire with the buzzard panel.
 
Thanks guys ! When I watched video looked like the shot was a little back as it moved as I squeezed. Also I scanned the field all the way to the woods but I see in the video it made it into the woods.
I will be taking a walk.
 
Slow mo like DU said appears to be a hit to me too Mick. If you got the leaf cover we have here, you might have to use 'your nose' :giggle: if the "buzzard panel"-I like that Owen-don't show up.
 
counted 20 buzzards out in the field last week feasting on 3 coyotes. Farmer discs and planted about 2 days ago, I told the wife the buzzard's now have "coyote nuggets or coyote tidbits" to choose from!
