LONEHOWL
Custom Call Maker
Just checking in…
Everyone’s doing other stuff besides calling but thought I’d post a bit.
We had several tornados here in West Texas early in the month, one came right over the house and we got a bit of damage but others got more. No one hurt so it’s all good. My first tornado and all I did was sit outside and watch it till I couldn’t no more. Very scary and very much just like I've always heard they were. Sounded like a freight train and whole sky was black. Horizontal rain spinning around. For sure an F1 but officially an F2 I’m told. Not what this California boy is used to. Earthquakes are more my speed lol.
Anywho… revamping a couple calls and working on a couple more. Here’s a new diaphragm howler I’m gonna have, it has a plastic dome that allows you to make sounds easier. You see them in elk calls a lot nowdays. This one is a single reed. Great for beginners. Other than that…just tinkering.
Take care out there y’all.
