Super Hogster, which rifle to use

Trying to decide which rifle to put my SH on when it arrives. I’m wanting to use one of my AR’s and a suppressor. Missouri’s new coyote regulations go into effect this spring so I’m trying to prepare.
10.5” .223
16” .223
8.5” 300bo
16” 300bo
12.5” 6.5 grendel
18” 6.5 Grendel.
I have others but these are what I’m trying to pick from. Unless a bolt gun would be a better fit. I’m leaning toward the 10.5” .223. What’s your guys professional opinions?
 
With those options I would pick Grendel due to how good the hogster is at identifying at longer range. Mine is on a 224 valkerie right now but may go back on the Grendel after deer hunting. The valk does put em down good though.
 
I’ve looked into valkeries just wasn’t sure I needed another caliber to load for. I did the Grendel i might use the 12.5” so it wouldn’t be some awkward with the suppressor
 
Well it never hurts to collect all calibers. Lol. I need to do the sbr route as well. Cans are awesome but the exrta length not so much
 
I’ve done a couple as Sbr’s but anymore I do em as pistols. Braces have gotten pretty nice and it saves me on tax stamps. And I don’t need atf permission to cross state lines with them when I take the kids somewhere hunting.
 
A Hogster will typically work better on an AR vs a bolt gun just due to the height and how compact the scope is. Whatever gun gives you the most confidence to kill coyotes at your target ranges is what I would use.
 
My first season, I started out with 223 in 10.5 barrel. I quickly realized it didn't have the push to reach out. I switched to 6.5 grendel in 18. I shoot suppressed as well, and the 18 inch barrel was fine.It performed great but it didn't shoot as flat as I wanted. With your choices, I would recommend...

Get a good tripod and barrel length becomes less of an issue. I'm shooting a small frame AR-10 with a 22 inch barrel and suppressor. The only complaint I have is that I have to collapse the stock to put it in my gun rack in the truck. Other than that, it's great.
