Super Performance vs. Varmint Express?

Has anyone seen a grouping difference between these two in the .223?
The extra 200fps doesn't mean much too me, but I'm wondering if there's a pattern of better grouping with either. I just bought a box of the S.P. just to see if there's a difference in my R15 and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried a comparison in their rifles. I don't see the two grains of weight difference (53 vs 55) making a huge group size change.

I think it is all marketing junk. More deer have been killed by regular Rem core loct ammo than anything. If I didn't reload, I would be shooting the standard factory loads and not forking the extra for "premium" ammo. Check out some HSM or Black Hills ammo. Also the bulk Hornady loads are quite nice.

If you do a search I shot some in different length barrels and guns against my reloads and they performed quite well. Last time I looked at Cabela's the Superformance was cheaper than regular Hornady .223 Varmint Express???
