Superior man arrested for trespassing on his own land

Off subject but pertaining to easements. We have 2 easements that we get paid good money for, we get checks in January. Easy money and they take better care of our property than some of the hunters we used lease to. They also pay damages when they screw something up or they fix it. Some hunters would use the roads for 4 wheeling training and we would have to fix them, when the gas company went through and dug through the road they fixed it better than it was.

I still think there is more to this story than the reporter wrote. If it was the father get the payments, it was not the son's land. This is the fathers problem, I also wonder what kind of an arse the son might have been to the easement crew.

Years ago when all this lawyer crap started it was said no hunting ment no hunting. A land owner needed to put without written permission on the sign or anyone could be charged. This was after some city idiot cut himself on a barbed wire fence and wanted to blame the land owner. It cost him 200 thousand. I worked for the land owner. Lol.

That might be interfering with interstate commerce. A vacation in "Club Fed" could be the result.

The son--Jeremy Engelking--was just interviewed on "Fox & Friends" this morning.

I had a tough time concentrating because Martha MacCallum was subbing for Gretchen Carlson and since Martha is a stone cold Fox fox it can be difficult to focus on the issue at hand...

Anyway, the interview did not really shed much new light on things.

He did say that the 1949 easement pre-dated the family's ownership of the property by 30 years, so the easement was there and 30 years old when the Engelking family bought the land. He also said the family has been squabbling with the energy company for years.

I'd still like to hear the LEO's side of the story.
