Go look at the Wipe-Out test on the pennies. It's eaten down to the zinc core now.

I had some Sweets eat a hole in the plastic container that it came in after a few years.
It was purchased probably in the late 70's.
I now have it stored in a small mason jar and it will still dissolve copper.
Have also had bleach eat through it's container after long storage.
No, the containers were not punctured by other means.
Be careful where you keep corrosives.

I'm going to pitch it. I see no future need for it, and it smells like it's lost a lot of the ammonia content.
