whaaat? No coyotes? ragn, everyone knows that Texas has a coyote under every bush! You must have overlooked a bush or two!

I wish you would have faired a little better on the varmints. As I had told ya Randy, I never ever have seen one coyote on the ranch. I hope you guys still had a good time. It was for a great cause. I hunted that area once about 4 years ago. I was actually there to hunt other game.
In four days of hunting I saw 1 coyote dropping and two coyotes. One was dead on the highway and the other was going the other way as fast as he could!
I would love to hunt that area again for fox and cats maybe a Javi, but I know better than to plan on hunting coyotes there. A few hundred Years of goat and sheep farmers have all but eliminated them.
I just find it humorous to hear guys claim that there's a coyote under every bush and behind all the locked gates in Texas. When in fact there are areas of Texas that are almost void of coyotes. Yours being one of them. Oh by the way did you know that coyotes can't leave a place with a locked gate? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
