I got my McRees Precision Stock with a 5 and 10 round mag. Still need to figure out how I want to paint it. Over all it feels very good. I have it all adjusted to fit me. this thing is SOLID! Scott and Kathleen McRee were both excellent to deal with, Thank you both.

I will be up dating this thread with my impressions after shooting with it.

I think it weighs right around 5 pounds... Over all rifle how you see it in the pictures weighs 15 pounds. I bought a 5 and a 10 round mag, and stock.. It was on sale. Total came to 701 shipped.

Here is a quick video. Over all I really like how it feels while shooting. Recoil feels like it was reduced compared to the Tupperware factory stock.

If I had decided to stick with the DM idea on my 243 build, McCree was at the top of my list. I opted for a single shot and budgeted for a less expensive stock. Sweet looking setup.

I almost bought one last week. I have a bottom bolt release Savage action so I called Scott to see if that release would work with their stock. It won't, for now........
They're in the process of designing a stock for the bottom release Savages now and should be out in Feb or so.

Is the length of pull adjustable? I can't decide on the standard stock or getting the one to put my own Magpul stock on.
