It is nice on those below zero mornings. Now he just needs some light tan camo neoprene

!

That may be a possibility if we get enough in on it. I would be in for a couple of those too.

I will probably buy a couple of these.. But some tan or camo ones and I would also buy a couple of those. Sweet..

If it's cold enough to really need this there's probably snow on the ground, I'd think white would be the color of choice.

Do you make a slip on muzzle covers as well?

Any word on whether other colors will soon be available? Awesome idea. I am contemplating building another upper just so I can use one of these covers on it. Man, I have a serious case of BRD!

Any chance you have any 15" ones made up?

I could sure have Ada make one for you. A longer one wouldn't be a big deal.

The colors may be a bigger problem. I found this material on the surplus market, and it ws fairly affordable in quantities. I have not seen this available in colors anywhere at this point, but I am going to look.

Been using one for years. Scope Coats makes them. I was working with them to try and get a full camo set made for ARs. (Stock cover, ff cover, and barrel cover. They made me a prototype and I gave them feedback as far as improvements. I even showed it at a PM hunt and to AP Jones of APC who said he was interested in selling them. I gave this info to them to show there was a market. They said they were to busy to pursue it. I have asked them about it at shot show for the past several years. Still no plans to persue. Maybe I should approach bear tooth camo with the idea.

Thanks Mike! There are some Camo Neoprene Sheets out there but the cost may be an issue. I, for one, wouldn't mind the extra cost for a tan-green-brown type camo. Of course I could just wrap a black one with camo form tape.

I have a couple of camo neoprene ones.

I never could find an reasonably priced neoprene material in bulk to buy, but it must be out there somewhere.

I don't know about the black, but the camo one I have does not work well at night because the light reflects off of it pretty bad and glares your scope.
