Close, I believe the 6CM has a 31* shoulder, and maintains the case taper that the 243 has, making it more reliable in mag fed scenarios as opposed to straighter taper the Ackley Improved has.

As of right now they are the smoothest action I've ever ran, the design is ingenious, Mauser reliability with the Remington 700 footprint... I will know much more by the end of hunting season when we run these bitches into the ground!
