The Ugly Annealer is great!

I was tired of spending hours annealing all my brass by hand with a drill and blow torch. I searched around the interwebs looking at annealer reviews and found the ugly annealer. It looked to be about the best option for what I was looking for and built like a tank.
I found the site called uglyreloadingUSA.com that sells it.
I wasn't sure if it was legit or not so I called the number. He didn't answer but called right back. Said he was I believe the only official seller of it in the US and was selling them for $289 which is cheaper than his web site says and Amazon. The one on Amazon is a Japanese guy and isn't affiliated with this guy. I decided to order it.
I received it today, set it up and knocked out 300 6.5 CM cases in no time. I'm very impressed with the Quality and excited about having it. If anybody is looking for an annealer I highly recommend it. It's definitely better than the annealeez. I have no affiliation what so ever with it and only spoke to the guy selling it on the phone when I ordered it but it's great.

Thanx for the info! FWIW, the website appears to be uglyreloadingusa.com, not uglyreloading.com. Looking forward to hearing the long term on these.

You're right. I'll edit my post.
Thanks

I abandoned the socket & torch approach pretty quickly, & because I was a carpenter & not a machinist, I came up with this instead:

do you have an annealeeze? or have you used one?

ive got an early gen1 model and that thing kicks [beeep] for the $. the only flaw was a bridging issue with 308 - but ONLY if you filled the hopper all the way up - which they resolved by changing the feed angle on the hopper a bit.

im not saying its the bestest annealer or anything of that sort, just that for a budget automated annealer, its pretty on point.

ill give the ugly a prop as the cartridge insert vs changing the wheels seems like a nice feature.

i aint knocking it in any way.. just curious why the hate on the annealeeze i guess

I don't have one. I do have a friend who has an older one. The annealeez works it's just the ugly annealer is built better. Now maybe they have changed some things in the newer ones but from watching the videos it still appears the ugly annealer is built better.
I know my buddy has had problems with his brass not wanting to spin and the wheels having melted spots.
I like the aluminum wheel with an insert and another wheel with a crushed diamond layer better than Plastic.
I know the annealeez is made in the US. They make that loud and clear with all the stickers. And I know they keep their wheels Nylon to meet a price point. But for me it was hard to spend the money on it when I know there is a better product for the same amount.
I've annealed about 2000 pieces of brass so far and love it
