Thinking about building a 243 for coyotes, etc. Any ideas appreciated

i shoot 85 s out of mine... but built mine on a 1-8 twist to shoot heavier bullets... barrel life on a 243 is not that good and when you load sreaming light bullets your barrel life shortens
 
I never did jump on the hornady bandwagon.

Sierra gets the nod for my money. More specifically a 70 gr. Matchking, or an 80 Gr. Blitz Varminter.

Just sayin'
