Thoughts on Fast Food

Balance the junk food with some good food, keep up your vitamin and mineral intake and activity, and make sure you hit the doctor for an exam every so often.

You were just hit on the head. You're not thinking strait. Go to Taco Bell then Dairy Queen for desert. You'll feel better.

Oh yeah, Coyotesmoke-unless you've gained a ton of weight since we last met.... BTW-you ought to see that .300 winny now!

How has that 300 win worked out for you?

My thoughts on fast food; if you eat at McD's before a morning hunt, make sure you bring plenty of t/p or paper towels.

I must admit to a helping of chicken wings 2-3 times a month. Sort of a craving for x-hot sauce. In fact I have been known to dip them in extra sauce. Used to be alot worse.

Chineese isn't exactly fast, but I think it's in the same class. All part of the convenience. Alot of people put in a long day and don't want to cook, holy crap they might miss the opening 1/2 of the game. Or the 2nd half because of the dishes. If all these foods, ok consumable products are right in your face, on TV and the radio the industry has a corner for brainwashing. It's bad. Do you think any of these fast food companies want to see people think or cook, god forbid prepair their own foods? That would be like a divorce lawyer wanting your marraige to succeed.

Chicken wings as fast food??? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Wash your mouth out with soap danurve. Wings are one of the basic food groups (and I do prepare them myself, LOL). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I can't stand Mc. Donalds. I was lucky for years to live about 90 km from the nearest fast food "restraunts" so if I had that plastic &*^% ever it would be a noteworthy event. Since moving closer to town, my nearest town now has all the fast food places and I think after one Mc Donalds late one night on my way home I realised I wasnt missing much before and hacvent touched it again. The only takeaway I ever have is chinese sometimes, but rarely. I cant see the point in paying too much for measly portions of plastic crap when I can get as much good food as I need at home...
