what is the largest objective diameter you can fit on a t3 lite stainless with the factory rings?

depends on the scope,I put a simmons 50mm on mine but the bell rubbed slightly.I went with a set of deadntz and a burris 42mm.Bobby

Tikka factory rings state they will accommodate up to 42mm. The droopy Leupy 50mm may fit though.

I read that 42mm objectives would clear easy, and found one review of a 44mm objective fitting. I just picked up a T3 and was going to just keep the factory rings but was pleasantly surprised to find my local Scheels having a sale on the "Deatntz" mount for $25.

what will it take to fit a normal 50 mm scope? I'm pretty serious about gettin one of these rifles

Here's from the dednutz website:
