tikka t3 scope mount

i have a Tikka T3 lite ordered and need to get a scope. At this point i am leaning towards a meuller APV scope that weighs 17.5oz. Are the scope rings that come with the rifle any good or is there a better option that is worth upgrading to? Also open to suggestions on the scope. I have a couple high power muellers on rimfire target and varmint rifles and I really like em, thats my main reason for looking into the APT. I also like the fact that they are under $200

I have had many Tikkas and never had a problem with the stock mounts.
Some have had problems and I believe it is from over tightening the screws. Some just replace the screws right off.
I like the Sako Optilock but they are spendy.
Those that have chosen a different mount report using Leupold, Warne, Talley(lightweight), and DNZ one piece. The DNZ is slightly offset.

I have several also and the only issue I had was with the 300wsm slipping. I added some ring tape from a set of Burris rings and that solved the problem. Never an issue on the 243 and smaller. Yes there are better rings but the Tikkas do work.

A friend has the DNZ and I thought the base was offset a bit from eject side. Now DNZ states left or right hand, so maybe equal.
Have not had them side by side, so not positive. The talley has more base to it so even being an alloy it may actually be heavier. Talley is a good ring. It would seem any weight difference would be minor.

I went with Warne rings on my two Tikkas.

It seemed the factory rings were a little on the tight side. I think the Warnes are machined better and IMO they look better. Had no issues with them on 243 or 7mm Mag.

Talley light weight rings are perfect for tikka rifles, they are great rings for a lot of rifle applications. I've never had an issue with any of their rings..

heres where i am with my decisions.
part 1 Scope is gonna be mueller sport dot 3-9x40 or 3-10x44 ...or i am also curious about mueller multi shot 2-7x32.
part 2 I am going to upgrade the scope mounts from supplied tikka mounts to either.
A DNZ 1 pc aprx $70
B Mountain tactical Pic rail aprx $60 and the Warne med mounts i already own (from dif gun)
C Leupold quick release mounts and rings Approx $85

i am leaning towards option B which leads me to... What height moa pic rail will be needed for scopes sizes 32 40 and 44. I want to make the right scope choice and order appropriate rail height to use with medium warne rings i already have. I am leaning towards the 3-10x44 scope. i live in east wa and we have everything from tight woods to hay fields and sagebrush. So i need a versitile optic and 3-10 seems pretty broad without over doing it. plus illumination
