you can buy replacement felt soles for wading boots. They have to be glued on. They are not much good in mub. It will stick to them and make them like walking on ice. you cab get felt studded ones but the studs would be just as loud if not louder then your regular sole. I would go with glueing the felt sole to your hunting boots and try them out. As long as your not in mud or wet grass too often then you should be fine. If you are then watch your step. Or you can get a set of these for when you are in the slippery stuff with them and put them or off as needed. I use these for icy condition as they are intended but they also work good in wet grass and mud.
