I have the Anaconda and I like it. It's a big knife and I use it for hunting or trekking in woods where I might use it as a machete or knife. I coon hunt a lot and sometimes I have to cut a few branches or small trees to get a better look at the tree the coon is in. They are coated carbon steel, so they will rust. They do however sharpen up to a fantastic hair popping edge you could shave with. The micarta handles can get really dirty but with a little Purple Power and some hot water mine never fails to look brand new. I think you will be happy with one, buy with confidence.
