I recently purchased a rock river arms upper with a raised scope mount.I have emailed RRA about any torque specs for the scope mount.Just wondering what everyone does to tighten but not over tighten the scope mount to the rail.Also do you use any specs for securing the scope itself to the mount?thanks,bob maier one happy AR owner!

10 to 15 in.lbs. for aluminum 15 to 20 for steel.they should always be lapped so you have good contact,with out pressure points.
