trail cameras

Do you use bait to get your pictures? If so what do you use for bait? I have been taking pictures with a trail cam & it's always over bait. I am just wondering if there is a better bait to use. I use mostly table scraps & cheap cat food.

Here's a shot from last night about 250 yards from my house at the edge of a pond. This was taken with a Sony DSC-P41 Cybershot based homebrew which I built inside a camo pelican case. It is a no white flash model using invisible infra red flash.

I am just wondering where in Massachusetts you get your pictures. I am getting a few of redfox, coyote, fisher cat & house cat. I bait them mostly with table scraps and cat food. I am looking to get better pictures of these critters.
