I don't know if the Department lifted the restriction on Red Fox west of I-35 yet, but I will find out for you.

Limits

Daily combined limit two (2), with no more than one (1) red fox. Season limit six (6), with no more than two (2) red fox.

I caught a Grey Fox last year in SW Oklahoma around Anadarko in a cat set. I let him go though. They're fiesty little critters for sure.
