turkeys+ rain

Yep they do. Just not as well as the do on the blue bird days. And alot of it depends on how hard it is raining to.

On light drizzle days they like to get out in the fields and feed.

I have killed several in the rain but they just dont seem to gobble as well, you need to know were they are and were they spend there time. Right after a good rain and the sun pops out has always been good for me. And they like to gobble at the thunder during a good storm to.

Some of my best Turkey hunts have been just after a rain shower. Might run into some drizzle after the rain but they don't mind much.
 
the one i called today did. it came from along ways off to. it had rained for the better part of the day ,it was still raining when i put an arrow through him! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
