A rancher called and said he saw a rock chuck by his shop and in front of his sprinkler pipe stacked on the ground. and asked me to take care of it. I have shot chucks for this rancher before. I saw it as I drove onto the property, but he disappeared among the irrigation pipe, so I set up and waited. I had a lot of opportunity to take a head shot with the Hornady 17 HMR V-Max in my suppressed CZ 452, but I didn't want to risk a shot and puncture one of his aluminum sprinkler pipes. So, after setting for about 50 minutes, he finally appeared to the far right at the corner of the shop by a 6" post away from the pipe. Perfect shot to the head. This one was an 8lb 6oz
