varget vs. n450 or n150

I'm getting really good groups through my gas guns, (.308,.223) using varget or benchmark, but i'm having a number of people saying i can do the same with n450 or n150 and less cleaning needed.

So for those of you having used both varget, benchmark or n450, n150, what have you found to be the case? Would you say 10% or 25% less build up with n150 or n450 or about the same as varget or benchmark? Thanks, blue.
 
You must mean N 540 as I have never heard of N450. The Vihtavuori powders are clean burning and I have used all the above mentioned and I am not sure if you will notice enough of a difference to change. I have not found any of the 4 mentioned powders that difficult to remove quickly and easily. It may take a couple of more patches with Varget than N540 but not that big of deal.
 
Thats amazing venatic, my note is sitting right here in front of me and it says n540. This getting old isn't all the fun it's supposed to be.

Thanks for the help, i have lots of varget but if their that close i'll just stick with it.
 
I have used varget and n140 with 223. Both were dirty but the n140 you could get 100 fps more with the same amount of powder. Thats with 69 smk and a 24 inch barrel. I have not tried n540.
