Vintage Redfield 6X-18X Needs tune-up

My vintage Redfield (Boulder, CO)6X-18X 40MM scope has a fogged objective lens. Ironsight (ironsightinc.com) quotes $75 plus $10 return shipping for a complete repair. ABO(abousainc.com) quotes $38 for return shipping and will provide a repair quote after inspection. That's a big difference in cost between these two companies. Does anyone have experience or want to make a recommendation which company you think I should sent the scope to? Do you know another company I might consider?
 
There is an 800 number on the Leupold website for repairing the Redfields made before Leupold bought the name.
It would be impossible for any company to quote you a price on repairs without taking it apart and inspecting the contents.
