No pics of a bobcat, and some of the pics from coyotes are to graphic to display.
My son shoots a 223wssm, and for 2 years his load was a 60gr Vmax @ 3,700+fps. Some shots you could not see any exits. On other shots, wow!
The 2nd coyote I shot with this combo was an average female at about 170yds, facing me. At the shot, I heard the bullet 'wap' and saw a fluff of coyote fur floating on the breeze. While I am looking at this, I notice an object falling out of the sky, and thought to myself 'is this a dead bird?'. The object turned out to be a chunk of coyote fur, maybe 6-8" long. The bullet exited between the shoulder blades and stripped a large patch of fur off.
At very high velocities, the Vmax can be brutal on fur.
