Vortex talon hd vs viper he 10x42 binoculars?

How are these two binoculars I can get the talons for dirt cheap how do the two compare to each other. I will these mostly for calling.
 
The Talons are pretty decent, but they are no where close to the Viper HD. I'd pony up the money for the Vipers or look at the Meopta MeoPro line. I don't think the MeoPro can be beat in all around valid, form and function until the Swaro SLC line or better.
