Never seen any out here on the `bad end`...walmartsucks...lol, hanes 32 k-mart, `course i`m a excellent shooter

i just wonder if its a cheaper type like the rifles and some of their ammo? im gonna have to go check now, you know that whole curiosity and the cat deal...

I would hate for it to have a negative impact on the local guys. The convenience of "one stop shopping" probably won't help this one much, its across the street from Wholesale Sports. Which have good knowledgeable counter help.

I will probably pick up odds and ends of loose items as I need them from Walmart, but I will continue to head to local gun shops or sporting goods stores for the substantial buys.

Yip, they didn't have it in the Lincoln stores when I lived there, but out here in the good end of the state Scottsbluff Walmart has a fair amount of stuff. Sidney's does not, probably because Cabela's is across the street.

+1 On that..

They have some reloading stuff at the North Platte store but they are higher priced than about any other place you can find it. But they are open 24-7.

I was surprised also to see quite a bit of reloading stuff at our local wally world here in lehighton pa. also quite a few guns again too, after being absent for a while.

Most of the Walmarts I see in Wyoming and Montana have some basic reloading stuff. I can usually find the same stuff at cheaper prices at the sporting goods stores though.

Moses Lake WA has reloading supplies, I was really suprised it was the first time I ever saw them in a Wal Mart. They had camo clothing in Natgear a while back but haven't seen it lately. I did see some open country camo in the Deming NM store.

Some walmarts do, others not soo much, depends on the area. They do have good prices if you are lucky enough to have one that does.

My current area does not.

Not in Muskogee either. Maybe a good think thing though. Would be real easy not to notice a pound of powder or a 1000 primers on the $250 walmart bill. Wish a local shop would carry the stuff.

Here, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Cal Ranch and CVS have a decent selection of firearms stuff. Not great for the hardcore shooters but plenty for the general public.

I haven't seen any in Iowa. Many of the stores pulled the guns in my neck of the woods. No big deal but what does chap my hide is that Gander Mountain removed all metallic cartidge reloading supplies in favor of paint ball supplies and they TOTALLY bend you over backwards for ammo prices. I hope they are reading this
