Sounds like theres a few of us on here. I'll make a call tomarrow to the Warden's and ask, don't know if I'll get a chance to post it on here though. Busy days are here. Hope to get out a couple of times over Labor Day weekend, and do a little walking. We'll see. Last time I carried my pack, but no bug juice. I thought the skeeters were going to carry me off! I haven't ever seen them as bad as they are this year.
Guys, if your from the west side, watch the bear scent and the fires. Neither are legal right now. Walked up on a bear camp this past weekend. Figured it was someone from the 'other side'. Drove in with a Volvo and a chevy with a camper, crazy folks! But to go hunting? Guess I'd use what I got, just to go!
Well, the camp stunk of bear scent, and they had what was left of a fire (it was early morning, and nobody was up yet), and fire wood lying around all chopped and ready to go. If you haven't noticed, we've had a couple of fires around here, and folks are kinda touchy right now. My folks place wasn't very far off from the last fire in Valley. Could see the flames from their front yard....
