Any of you guys use this scope? I need a couple lower end scopes to put on a couple cheaper rifles I have. I've got a bunch of higher end scopes I use on my varmint/target rigs. My question is where might I find the best price on these scopes???

Thank you for the help.

I have this scope, and I REALLY like the reticle. However, the image really goes downhill after 18x. Overall its a good scope and I like it. I got an open box one for 189 on amazon. It showed up and it was the correct box but wrong reticle. Called and complained, they sent me a brand new one at the same price since it was their fault.

The v-16 is a better scope. The image is clear through the entire power range and the eye relief is slightly more forgiving. Weaver will change out the reticle to the varminter for 50 dollars. Sometimes they go on sale for for something like 230 but only in a certain reticle.

I own 2 Weaver Scopes, both are fixed power, a T24 and T36, I wouldn't hesitate to buy any Weaver. And the only other scopes I own are Leupold.

A SFP scope needs to be a fixed power if it is going to have a graduated reticle. Otherwise, standard cross hairs, duplex, or a target dot are my preference. JMO
