Howdy Stu ----

I've been on board here I guess since the very beginning back around 2001 when I was still in Alaska. The Color scheme here has sure changed ..... Am I able to change the page colors back to the way they used to be? --- OR can you do that?

Also .... It appears that some of the Forum topics sections have been combined or are missing .... and if I recall we had one on Bird Hunting .... Waterfowl ...... and I was the reason that the "Great White North" Forum was created for Alaskans and Canadian Members.

What Happened to "Great White North Forum"?

FINALLY..... I don't know if its a 'puter Glitch, but I'm Unable to contact you, Stu, or any other moderator from the Contact links on the Home page! -- the Links do not work.

Is there a glitch some wheres?

We replaced the site software in 2023. We had a guy working on a visual makeover but he kinda fell off the earth

Dunno about thos elinks, I'll have to take a look. At one point after the migration I had them working, so no idea

And yes, we shut down a lot of forums. They just weren't getting any traffic & we thought it better to have fewer subforums & make it easier to navigate, so we shut down & combined a lot of them

OK I hear what you're saying.

The Trapping Forum is VERY Important in my opinion.

I always use Firefox as my browser..... Yah, when I click to try to contact you or any of the moderators, instead of me being able to mail you, it flips my page over to a blank empty Google Chrome page! .... that happens no matter What moderator I try to message.

In Chrome, since I haven't used it before. I get a modal asking what app to use:

I clicked on Thunderbird (that's what I use on my desktop PC for email) and it opend a new email:

Using Firefox, it just opened the email

At a guess I'd say you might have some sort of adblock extension in your browser that's preventing this from functioning correctly. Adblock Plus, Pie, something like that. You could try disabling it for the site & see if that changes anything

It could also have to to with the security setting in Firefox itself, they might be set to a level that's causing problems
