Went Bunny Blasting(pics)

Rabbit is great eating. With jacks, I've eaten the young ones and they are good but those old big ones ain't much to brag about; you'd have to be awful hungry!
 
lollll, yeah, you've better make somes potatoes with thoses too fill you up a bit...and for those old one, i'm sure they'll make a good bait for yotes or fox..I'm planning of doing my own decoy by drying one of theire pelt and attach it too a stick or just filled them with something semi-hard so the skin hold by itself. Think would be great with calling.
 
Down here on Camp Pendleton they are as thick as bugs on a bumper. I was planning on killing a few when I go out this weekend anyway, I'll try the expieriment and let you know how they compare to cotton tails.

Yeah, sometimes after we go spotlighting in the field in front of the house in the morning coyotes from across the road come and steal a few.I have gotten one yote like that so far. Once we had a pack of four come in but I was out reloading so I didn't get any.
