western rivers electronic call

Well guys just wanted to put my 2 cents worth on the subject
I have had the caller for two years ive noticed that it just
isnt loud enough for long distance calling it has always
worked in the field but we only use it as a decoy call
after using loud mouth calls to get there attention when they
come running in then they can here the WRC which keeps them focused away from us overall i would not reccomend it to any
fellow hunters im going for the fox pro next time and there will be a next time good luck to all and safe hunting

I have had mine for two years now. I just loaded some new sounds and it started to pop and crakle from the speaker. i sent a e-mail to the person that sold me the CD's but it is the caller that has a problem. It was my first and will be my last i will call them monday and send it back again.

Maybe this thread should be made into a "sticky" so we won't all have to keep saying the same things over and over.....

For whatever it's worth..... I got to thinking after I last posted here how I used to buy almost everything from Cabela's. I mean everything! They were my one-stop-shop for fishing and hunting gear and clothing. When I ordered my Predation, I even wrote a letter to their VP of Marketing thanking him for the exceptional service I had gotten from their Telephone Sales Representative. Then there was all the disappointment..... In the end, Cabela's didn't carry the Johnny Stewart 612 that I decided on as a replacement so I had to go searching elsewhere.....

Unfortunately, I haven't been back to Cabela's since.....
