Good round but not very fast. See if you can find ammo with a 225 Nosler partition or other extra-sturdy bullet (Fail-Safe, etc.) Get close if you can, if you are shooting the 250-grain loads they will drop pretty quick past your zero, which should be at about 200 yds. Big bullet, moderate velocity, plenty of thump if you don't stretch the range.
I'd rather shoot a moose with the 250 than the 200 grain load. Better penetration and breaking through heavy bones.
