what caliber

hey all new to the site and to predator hunting. and would like to know what caliber of a rifle u think would soot me. i'm located in central nebraska so i have the majority of yotes and very few fox, and some bobcats but yotes are my main target. i herd that the marlin 17 is yote killin machine. right know i have a 12 guage and a .22. any help would be grateful.
 
22-250, 243, or 25-06. of those 3, i prefer the 25-06, but it is certainly more than required for coyotes.

i would look for a remington vls or sendero for the rifle.

Don't know who's saying a .17HMR is a yote killin machine but don't rely on that information as I am sure many here can relate to that! It is fun to shoot, accurate, but is not a yote rifle in my opinion.

Need to know a little about your shots and hunting area. .223 is always a good bet for 300 and in. AR is one of the best callin rifle systems goin in my opinion. If you have lots of wind and open shooting areas, say 300 or more, 22-250, .220 Swift, or 6mm/.243 would be my choice.

Don`t get a 17 HMR for Coyote calling.Get yourself a 222 223 or 22-250.Allthough the 17 Rem is a good round the 17 HMR is not fast enough for Coyote sized targets.
