Just bought a 870 super mag and came with a modified choke . What chokes do you all prefer for #4 turkey loads and oo buck shot and i will b shooting 3.5 shells . I use a 4x full Carlson in my mossberg 935 . Just looking for whats working in ur 870s

Undertaker choke tube in both of my 870s wreck longbeards out to about 60-65 with the right load. The pattern #4 buck really nice out to 50

My "go to" choke for all my Remington turkey guns was an old Hastings .670 tube. It was deadly with the old Federal #4. Don't know about buckshot. I'm using a Carlson Dead Coyote tube in my gun now, works GREAT on turkeys, patterns good with coyote loads.

I have a Hastings .660 that shoots pretty darn good with the old Remington Hevi-Shot. I haven't tried it with buckshot, but I'd guess it might be a little bit on the tight side.

I have always had the best results with the Carlson's...not the tightest one available, but the next one down from that. Cant remember the numbers, but it's the second tightest one made by Carlson's.
